01What it is

Fleetiro is a place where a WordPress agency can watch, update and back up all of its client sites from one screen. A small plugin on each site reports back, and the agency, its clients and the platform team each get their own panel.

Agencies often look after dozens of WordPress sites, each with its own logins, updates and surprises. Updates get skipped, backups are never tested, and clients only hear about problems after the site is down. Fleetiro puts all of that in one place, with safety checks built in.

02Major features

  • Fleet dashboard

See every site, its WordPress version, plugins and health at a glance. Search, filter, save views and pick many sites at once.

  • Safe updates

Core, plugin and theme updates only run after a fresh backup has passed a restore test. The plugin checks each update again before applying it.

  • Backups that are checked

Full, database or files-only backups are uploaded in resumable chunks, encrypted, and kept on a schedule. A backup counts as safe only after a person reviews a restore drill.

  • Uptime, SSL and incidents

Public checks watch uptime and certificates. When something breaks, an incident opens, alerts go out, and the team can assign, note and close it.

  • Client portal and reports

Clients see only their own sites, reports and support tickets. Monthly reports are generated, reviewed, approved and sent as PDFs.

  • AI-assisted diagnostics

Staff can ask for an AI explanation of a problem, but only after the agency owner or an admin turns it on. It is a helper, not an automatic fixer.

03How it works

  1. Pair a site

Add the client site in Fleetiro, install the connector plugin, and enter the site ID and one-time secret.

  2. Report in

Every 15 minutes the plugin sends a signed report of versions, plugins, themes and security signals. It never sends admin passwords or database logins.

  3. Check and plan

Background workers run the checks: uptime, SSL, backups, security and performance. Updates are planned and approved.

  4. Act safely

Approved tasks reach the site as short-lived, signed commands. The plugin runs them and reports the result.

  5. Tell the client

Incidents, tickets and monthly reports reach the right people through the panels and by email.

04What the connector shares

Sends to Fleetiro

  • WordPress, plugin and theme versions
  • Signed health and performance numbers
  • Counts of errors, without messages or file paths
  • Backup data, encrypted in chunks

Never sends

  • Admin usernames or passwords
  • Database credentials
  • File contents of plugins or themes
  • User details or request contents

06Built to be safe

  • Passwords are hashed, and sign-in supports an authenticator app
  • Backups and secrets are encrypted at rest
  • Every update command is signed and expires in five minutes
  • Each agency's data is kept separate, with roles that limit what staff and clients can do
  • Backend, plugin and browser tests cover the main flows
